Onboarding Process

Paraform simplifies onboarding for users looking to kickstart their recruiting journey, particularly those interested in freelance recruiting.

A list of roles that companies are looking to hire for and the bounty they are willing to pay for that role.

After registering, recruiters gain immediate access to browse roles that align with their interests. They can easily filter roles based on criteria such as reward size, approval rates, role type, bounty range, and sponsorship availability.

Once a role is approved, Paraform's dashboard provides recruiters with a clear overview of their active roles, including the associated bounty for each, and the potential rewards they can earn if their referral is selected.

Recruitment

When recruiters select a role, they can read up all the information to make informed referrals within their network.

Paraform excels at offering context for each company's recruiting needs, including specifics like required years of experience, salary details, benefits, and remote work policies, all thoroughly outlined in the role's description.

For some roles, however, you don’t necessarily need to complete the whole recruiting process to get paid. For example, with Sybill all you need to do is submit someone as a referral and get paid $5 for it.

If they and/or anyone else you referred pass the interview round, you get $50, and the remaining $5000 is sent through when your candidate is hired.

Furthermore, Paraform also gives recruiters insights into the role, what they can expect from the company they are recruiting for, and how they can capitalize on the opportunity.

For example, the images above reference the type of candidates the company is looking for and the experience that comes with their backgrounds.

Paraform’s Chrome Extension

Paraform has a Chrome extension that allows recruiters to source job seekers in their network and save them for that role. The extension can automatically create a cold introduction email by extracting information from a candidate's profile and the specific role you're recruiting for on Paraform.

Assessing Candidates

Here’s how the feature works:

  1. Find a role from a company on Paraform.

  2. Upload a resume that you got from a friend/family/network.

  3. Wait 30 seconds.

  4. You will find the results for your candidate based on the scraped data from the resume.

  5. You can then proceed to recruit your candidate for that role.
